At last their IT people have managed to achieve a partial succes in limiting posting to paid up NOBS members, and restricted access to parts of the forum.
Despite the furore and extensive debates on the subject in the Forum it still seems that some paid up customers hadnt realised what was going on!
Will the stated intention to prevent abusive pms and emails from so called Trolls succeed??
I am sure that anyone with a few brain cells, a fiver or tenner to spare, and a holiday home somewhere could soon manage to circumvent that ploy.
Some people have commented to me that they HAD received abusive or insulting pms and emails via that Forum, but these were originated by their admin or mods.
Apparently some of the recent terse comments in replying to queries have been edited out after a short time - perhaps it would be better to reflect first - eh Syd?

Its very odd really. The only areas they have restricted access to are the Dogs section and the For Sale (from what I can tell, as nowhere have they stated what paid up Members will actually get and what others won't).

Why can't they just be honest and up front soz peeple can tell what paying will entitle them too?

You'd ave thought they wud have restricted access to the Vet bit instead, as that woz the only part of any real value. I'm not too bothered if I carnt read about some Saps problem with a non-retrieving Fido.
