Is this forum dying?
Dont seem to be many new people posting, unless its to ask why they cant read some sections, post in some, or private message other people!!
And who dreamed up the system whereby members have to advise a Regional Officer that they are paid up members of main NOBS so they can!!!
Such a ponderous system could only be designed by someone who hasnt studied "Organisation and Methods"!!!

Still if, as NOBS CEO has admitted, the office staff (one poor overworked and harassed lady) NEVER signs on or uses the NOBS Forum then I suppose they have to do it that way.

I suppose when you spend thousands and thousands of pounds on a state of the art database etc ( dont know why theres stacks of FREE and Shareware that does a better job) then is it too much to expect that there could be a system incorporated which does the job required of it?

Or have all the recent changes been dreamed up on the hoof??
Desperately trying to increase revenue by denying many the use of their Forum except for read only! Unless you stump up a £5!!! How many have voted with their feet? NOBS certainly cant tell you- their membership is in a mess.
Dont forget the standard excuse - WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS!!!

Perhaps paying someone would be a better option.
