Seems David Homer has gone as NOBS have announced  a new RO for the South West. poor lady!!
Shame that NOBS CEO appears to have failed to thank DH for his hard work - is there more to this than meets the eye?
Or was it that DH didnt do any work, no explanations will need to endless speculation.
