As far as i can see the main effort is put in by the secretary, most of the Directors arent known to members at all.

The accounts do not show any directors remuneration and minimal expenses. Just as well with a low profit figure.

Tim Lynch is shown as a Director of Sponsorship & Conservation on NOBS website and was responsible for their Recipes Cook Book which their members keep being told is "nearly" ready.
According to the above Experian report he is no longer a director- does that mean no cookbook also??
