so much is coming to light now even if half of these things are true it could be disastrous for them over there,
imagine if the News of the screws or the Daily Mirror - a well known anti field sports rag- got a whisper - bet theyd just love to fling some shit around!
And of course if the article was wrong an apology gets put in a later issue- somewhere - but in very small print.

Id heard that another used the database as his own personal dating agency- naughty naughty.
Especially as it seems they arent registered with the Data Protection Registrar!! and as a limited company with a membership database they are not exempt-they cant claim not for profit as they pay Corporation Tax on their "declared" profit |

Seems that every time someone asks a vali d question on their Forum then a load of people gang up on them and shout them down.
The behaviour of their Regional Office for Scotland is very patronising and insulting - doesnt inspire one with confidence if he treats members wih the same delicate style.
Yet again they try to say that NOBS Forum is "just an internet forum" yes it is that, but it is also where most of their members make contact with each other and is the public face of the organisation.
From January when you will have to pay to post on the NOBS Forum that argument wont hold up- the Forum will be seen as an integral part of NOBs.
Now that paid up members are colour coded I imagine that you can see just how many have paid a fee from the Index Page, users on line section.
At least there is a FREE alternative. |

Ah no doubt another Mr Dale idea!
Ah well that will be the death of the forum - interestingly, I have been made aware that some ROs and a lot of Country Reps have not actually paid their subs!!

They probably did pay their subs, but then re-claimed them as a "Business Expense" x 5 _________________ Bastard for Hire.

Mike
As most of the posts seem to come from Newbies, mods, ROs and County reps these days wil their Forum be dead as of Jan 1st 2009?
Or will non payment be yet another thing to be swept under the carpet?
I feel sorry for the person trying to keep up to date with all those "members" not paying subs- seems it is the majority.
Now if a member doesnt pay a sub are they still counted as members?
