One shareholder holding ONE share.
In the event of a winding up of the company i believe that any funds in the NOBS Bank Account are the entitlement of shareholders, thus fee paying members get nothing back in such an event.

Counting down the time until the latest accounts are filed at Companies House - I have a standing order with them to forward me as soon as they are filed, along with the official report and statutory declaration.
Must be filed by November 2009 and I will post here as soon as received so you can all peruse them.
Should be an interesting read even though the full breakdown of membership subscriptions and merchandise sales are not given - in fact very hazy and minimal breakdown.
NOBS fee paying "customers" cannot enforce an audit, only members can, and that consists of the Board of Directors, who the "customers" do not appoint and no one has informed me or others who enquired, who actually does!!

For heavens sake why oh why cant they be transparent with people instead of behaving so secretively?
I have never felt that there has been malpractice or such like, just secrecy.

Tell the people the truth for once and they will support you over at NOBS.
A brilliant concept which is being clouded by obfuscation.
