I dont believe that there is any mention of a loan in the Company's accounts.
An amount of £1634 "Due within one year" is shown but i presume that this would be normal trade debts.
They have adopted the optout for audit for small companies allowed under the  Companies Acts.
Perhaps their accountants were also unaware of a loan when drawing up the accounts.
The Directors have declared that the accounts are a "True & Fair" statement of the financial position of the company.

What is all this about a loan?
From whom and what for, has it been repaid?
No mention anywhere.

Round and round he goes, same old Nick, waffling about problems with the accounts.
READ MY LIPS the Accounts are correct, they are drawn up by professional accountants, and indicate the true financial position of NOBS

So what do you do with all the money then?
Offshore bank accounts? Greyhounds? Buy a race horse?
Why is everything you sell & organise SO expensive? Your beaters course is about as expensive as a day course with HFW down in Oakhampton!   ..actually, I can see the similarities now. HFW never actually lived at River Cottage just takes the money and NOBS does nothing to promote beating...just takes the money!

NOBS track record on finding beating and picking up for people is second to none and well worth the small amount people pay for administrative costs.
Beaters Courses are not expensive, the fees charged include lunch and refreshments, full health and safety briefing, full instructions on beating, actual visit to see how a shoot is run and a certificate to confirm that beaters have attened a NOBS Beating Course.
No one is going to get rich on anything for which NOBS charges, the sums are minimal.

If the beaters course was free I am still not sure it would be worth the money.
Run on a shoot where there is no shooting, no guns, no birds and not much idea from what I can gather.
So if I go on the kids PS2 and do a driving game can I have a driving licence please??
Oh and while nobody is getting rich of it some poor sods are getting to be £75 worse off except for a bit of paper a proper keeper wouldnt wipe his backside with.
Have you been beating before?
No I walked down a field and a wood in July and a bloke told us what it would be like if there were birds, guns and shooting going on.
I think the answer from the keeper might contain 3 F's and combine sex and travel.

Its a bloody farce.
